Question 1

Is Aastha jewellery real 925 sterling silver?

Accepted Answer

Every Aastha Silver piece is guaranteed to be genuine 925 sterling silver. We do not offer a warranty because tarnishing is a natural characteristic of real silver, not a manufacturing defect. With proper care, tarnish can be cleaned and the original shine restored, allowing your jewellery to last for years.

Question 2

What does the 925 hallmark mean?

Accepted Answer

The 925 stamp certifies the silver content as 92.5%. Pure silver is too soft to hold a setting or a clasp, so it is alloyed. You will find the stamp on the inner band of rings, on the clasp of chains, and on the post of earrings.

Question 3

How do I stop my silver from tarnishing?

Accepted Answer

Keep your jewellery in a sealed container or pouch when not in use. Oxidation is a natural process that occurs when sterling silver is exposed to air. Use a soft cloth to restore its original shine. Alternatively, sprinkle a small amount of Colgate tooth powder on a soft, dry cloth and gently rub the silver jewellery. Keep jewellery away from chemicals such as hair colour, lotions, oils, perfume and hair products to help it last longer.

Question 4

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Orders are dispatched within 3–4 business days. Your order will be delivered within 14 days of order. Plated items may take a few additional days to dispatch. Plating naturally wears off over time.

Question 5

Do you offer free shipping?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is complimentary on orders above ₹1,500. Below that a flat ₹79 applies.

Question 6

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds for sizing issues, change of mind or other non-defect reasons. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us with a raw, continuous and unedited unboxing video that clearly shows the address label while the parcel is being opened.

Question 7

Can I exchange a ring for a different size?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds for sizing issues. Please review the size guide and product measurements carefully before ordering.
